All of our products are handmade by us, small imperfections may occur.

In the case of damaged or missing items in transport we will find a solution together with you.

Any fees that have been charged to us upon check-out may be taken off a refund.

When your purchase has been shipped we will provide you with a Track & Trace link to follow the parcel.

To keep shipping costs as low as possible we by default use a Standard delivery option.

If you’d like to use a different shipping method, please contact us prior to your purchase. 

If you are located outside of the EU and order more than four masks at once we might contact you to pay an extra shipping fee since it will exceed our Standard weight limit. 

We currently use Stripe and PayPal as payment options in our online store.
